Shipping Terms:
·     Most orders in stock will leave the warehouse within 48 hours of receiving your order.
·     Shipping charges will be calculated after order is received and will depend on size, price and weight of item(s).  Upon your approval of the shipping charges, your order will be processed.
·     For damages, retain the shipping cartons and damaged goods. Contact the courier company for inspection and contact us via phone or email.

Returns Policy:
·     To assure proper credit, no returns will be accepted without a return authorization.  All returns must be shipped freight prepaid; collect shipments will be refused.
·     All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
·     Shipping charges are non-refundable.
·     Returns will be accepted within 7 days of receipt of merchandise and in its original packaging ONLY.
